THEME DAYS

Throughout the week, campers enjoy different themed lunches, dinners, and days.

UGLY COUNSELOR DAY

On Ugly Counsellor Day, campers get extra time before lunch to pick and counsellor and work together to make them as hideous as possible.

At lunch, the Ugly Counsellors debut their looks with a strut down the runway (dining hall) and campers vote for the year's winner by cheering for their favourite. 

JUMMAH

On Friday, campers and counsellors dress to the nines and pray a traditional camp-wide Jummah prayer after a khutba given by the Imam. After prayers, campers take group pictures and enjoy the unusual formality a little bit before getting ready for Olympic Day.

OLYMPIC DAY

After Jummah Prayer, campers change and get split into teams led by the LIT's. They compete against other teams in a variety of games and competitions for Camp Deen Olympic Gold while counsellors man their assigned stations.
